Hi Customily Team, I would like to submit a feature request: we hope Customily can launch dedicated desktop clients for both Mac and Windows in the future. The reason is that as the complexity of our personalized product designs continues to increase, using Customily only through the browser is starting to create performance challenges, such as lag, slower loading, and reduced smoothness when handling more complex design scenarios. In addition, we are also gradually adapting to and integrating AI design workflows into our process. Future design operations will become more complex and will involve more asset processing, previews, generation, and adjustments. Under this trend, if Customily could provide desktop clients, it would greatly help improve stability, performance, and the overall design experience. Therefore, we sincerely hope Customily can seriously evaluate the possibility of launching Mac and Windows desktop clients. This would be very valuable for merchants like us who use Customily frequently and in depth. During our use of Customily’s crossword / puzzle feature, we’ve found that the current functionality is still quite limited, especially in terms of visual flexibility. This significantly restricts our product design possibilities and impacts our competitiveness in the market. I’ve identified an issue where some customers ignore the policies outlined on my product page and proceed to design items that violate them—such as including violent content. As a result, I currently have to manually review and cancel these orders, which is not sustainable as the business grows. To address this, I propose implementing an AI-based tool that automatically reviews all uploaded images. This system would detect prohibited content, such as violence, and remove or block those images before an order can be completed. This would streamline the process, reduce manual workload, and ensure consistent enforcement of policies.

Currently, the print PDFs generated by Customily are limited to the four process colors CMYK. For many professional print products it would be extremely helpful to allow additional color channels (spot colors). This would enable things such as: crop marks and registration marks fold marks die-cut lines Pantone spot colors gold or silver foil spot UV or varnish layers Many printing companies require separate spot color channels for varnish, foil or die-cut lines in the print PDF. It would not even require many additional channels. The ability to define 2–3 additional spot colors besides CMYK would already cover most professional print workflows. This would make Customily significantly more powerful for professional print production. This topic has already been mentioned in several other threads. I wanted to formulate the request clearly and in one place. It would be great to see this implemented.

To improve user experience and conversion rates, we would like to suggest a possible enhancement. We recommend adding more display style options when showing related products, allowing customers to see more information about the related items instead of only a basic link or simple thumbnail. We really need the design capabilities on the text like in Adobe Photoshop. You already have Stroke and Shadow but these could do with having an opacity gauge to pick different levels of transparency. If could add Bevel & Emboss, and Outer Glow with levels of opacity too that would be great too as i'm limited to bog standard text at the moment. Thanks

Currently curved text sits on top of the curved path (aligned to baseline). When curved text changes size to accommodate character count, it scales from the bottom up. This creates issues when the text needs to remain vertically centered in the space, because it appears to shift upward. If curved text was aligned to the vertical center of the path instead, it would scale proportionately from the center out and solve the issue of shifting text. This would allow users to position text in curved banners for example, while still allowing min/max text sizes to function as intended. This is a common feature already implemented in builders like TeeInBlue and Custom Product Builder, and I hope it can be added to Customily to improve UX and bring curved text capability on par with competitors!

Create a crossword style that is an outline with letters that is suitable for engraving

It would be great to be able to use Shopify Combined Listing functionality with custom products. Both to be able to display customization correctly on the new product created in the combined listing app, but also on each individual product that is a part of that combined listing.
