I would like to submit a feature request for a future update regarding vector handling. The limitation today: Currently, we have to define fixed slots (e.g., "Vector 1", "Vector 2") for customers to choose icons. This makes it difficult to create products like Maps, where a customer might need to place 5 icons or 20 icons freely. My Feature Wish: I would love a "Sticker" or "Dynamic Placement" mode where: Single Library: The frontend only displays the icon library once. Click-to-Add: When a customer clicks an icon (e.g., a tree), it is added to the canvas immediately. Multiple Instances: The customer can click the same icon 10 times to add 10 trees, without me needing to create 10 separate option slots in the backend. Select & Delete: It should be possible to select an placed icon on the preview and click a "Remove" button/icon to delete it. This functionality would greatly improve the UX for "Design Your Own" map products. I hope you will consider adding this to your roadmap!

When someone tries before they buy, to really try it or to just play with the system, it would be less costly to have the trial requests only run low resolution requests; it isn't necessary for them to be production file quality. But when the actual product request is run, it reverts to the programmed template quality. That would save me some $$.

Add a path or line drawing tool to the personalization features. It would let customers draw simple lines or curves on the design, like a basic pen tool

Whether it is possible to adjust the character counting logic so that line breaks are not counted as characters

Hi Customily Team, We would like to suggest a feature enhancement based on a high-frequency need we encounter during our daily use of the Customily admin panel. Currently, the Order page allows us to regenerate print files for orders—a function that is extremely important and frequently used by our customer support team. However, this page’s access permission cannot be controlled independently. To grant access, we must also allow broader backend permissions, which unintentionally exposes sensitive areas such as templates and options, increasing the risk of accidental changes. Our request is: Would it be possible to enable independent permission control for the Order page, so that team users can access only this page without gaining access to template or option configurations? Use case explanation: Customer support staff only need to regenerate print files when reviewing or troubleshooting orders. They do not need—and ideally should not have—access to template and option configuration pages, to prevent unintentional modifications. Because this operation happens very frequently, having a standalone permission setting would greatly improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. If this feature could be added to your roadmap, it would significantly enhance our workflow and better match the actual needs of our support team. We look forward to your evaluation and response.

If a customer uploads an image which converts via ai into a specific style, a 1–100% progress bar should appear and shows the status of the convertation.

the AI imaging currently being used does not bring up correct images. I.E. if I type in Mona Lisa...it doesn't bring up a replica, rather it generates its own version of Mona lisa

Could you please confirm if it’s possible to set a rate limit on the number of calls when using the Meta Filtered Image feature? The reason is that there may be cases where users generate images only for testing purposes rather than for actual purchase.

I'm not sure if this a Customily thing or a Shopify thing but I'd like to have the ability for customers to pay for and download the print file from their carts. Print files are big business on Etsy and I think if we offer this on our Customily stores it could be an extra revenue source.

Hello, pls include the scaling of all sides "not proportion automatically" for the buyers. I need it for the fonts when the buyers put their personalization so they can adjust it themselves the way they want. thanks
