Hi Customily Team, I am interested in using Customily to sell personalized books. However, I have a specific technical challenge regarding the customer experience and would like to know if your platform can support this. My books consist of more than 30 pages. Currently, it seems I can only offer a preview for a few pages (e.g., 2 pages). For a personalized book, it is crucial that customers can: Personalize multiple pages: Customers need to be able to enter text, answer questions, or upload photos for various pages throughout the book. Full Preview: Since it is a book, customers usually want to read through the entire content before they feel confident enough to place an order. Review before Checkout: Is there a way to allow customers to scroll through a full 30+ page digital preview of their personalized version at the end of the customization process? Could you please let me know if Customily has a solution for 'multi-page' or 'book-style' products? If this isn't a standard feature, do you have any workarounds or upcoming updates that would allow for a full-book personalization and preview experience? Looking forward to your response. A preview with two "sides" like front and back side for example for postcsrds, that switches automatically when the customer reaches a specific option.

When my customer uploads an image onto a product, I want them to have the option to click on a button (two buttons really) to let them automatically center the image horizontally and vertically. Sometimes it is hard to move it around and get it just right. Especially if they have chosen to resize the image to make it fit. After resizing, there is no automatic way to get it to center properly again.

This will help us better understand how we can serve our customers better and make our products better.

We have files that require a labeled spot color with an overprint fill attribute turned on to work properly. Plus the layers in the file tend to matter. Right now the pdf file has everything on one layer and then broken into sublayers.

Hi there, Per Jose Rodriguez's request, I am posting this here. What we have found when trying to create monograms is that the lack of flexibility in the letter box size creates a high degree of spacing variability, depending on what letters are used. I'm attaching some screenshots to show you current behavior vs ideal behavior. I'm not familiar with the underlying tech driving the preview and print files, but intuitively I think if the box could flex based on the width of the letter input into it so that the spacing between letters remained consistent, that would solve the problem. I hope you’re doing well. I’d like to ask about the feasibility of a feature related to improving the customer’s purchasing experience. Is it possible to add an informational popup (info tooltip / modal) to options in Customily? In our real use cases, we often have related or bundled purchases, such as a main product combined with a gift box, upgraded packaging, or add-on items. When customers select an option, they may not fully understand what that option includes, which can lead to confusion or hesitation. If there could be a small icon or “?” button next to the option, allowing customers to click and view a popup explaining: What exactly the option includes Whether it is an add-on or affects the final physical product Recommended purchase scenarios I believe this kind of explanatory popup could help: Reduce customer confusion Lower pre-sale inquiries Improve conversion rates for related add-on items

I want to use a spreadsheet with columns to upload color libraries. Upload ID, HEX COLOR, CMYK COLOR, RGB COLOR, THUMBNAIL COLOR (for online preview), NAME. At the product level in color, a selection to choose Color Library Mode. Option 1: CMYK, Option 2: HEX, Option 3: RGB. The thumbnail is the same for both onscreen previews. This way, I can have one library with all the data, and still choose PDF output in CMYK or RGB.
