We would like to use image processing services not integrated into customily. If you provide with api through which we can insert the processed image to the specific template layout/option set line it would be ok for us. Or even better api and docs so we can do a full on integration of other processing services ourselves.

Option for transparency background on canvas template. For now we have only the ability to choose solid Backgrounds, but no transparency. I use a colored Background on my Shopify Shop, but products managed with Customily become a white background, at this time its not possible to have a transparent background.

Ability to set the initial position and dimensions. Currently, there is a limitation with feature of moving around dynamic image. It only lets us give customer a choice to move around in certain box, and if we try to make it bigger, it expands the original image too. We would like to have a option to move around image in bigger area, and set up initial value.

We want to offer customers that already configured a product an upsell in cart. Something like tshirt with your name. It would be just a simple one or two fields long configurator somewhere in cart. Opens as a popup or directly on the page if customer select upsell..

It would be a great feature if there were a character counter for text input when creating templates. As for now we have to try different letter combinations and manually count the amount of letters. This helps when setting amount of characters in the option set later. Se my example in green

We noticed that in the Customily dashboard, the icon displayed in the top-left corner is automatically generated based on the username, and at the moment, it does not appear to be user-configurable. We would like to inquire whether: There are any plans to support user-uploaded or user-configurable icons in the future; or There is any existing hidden setting, API, or alternative approach that would allow users to customize this icon. For us, the ability to customize this icon is important for brand consistency and overall dashboard experience, so we would appreciate learning about your product roadmap or any possible solutions. Based on our operational experience, Spotify has experienced service outages or instability relatively frequently, which increases potential business risk. Therefore, we also hope that the music component could support additional music services beyond Spotify, providing more alternatives, reducing dependency on a single provider, and improving overall system stability and flexibility.

Problem: When an uploaded image is used multiple times in a product (for example as a large main image and several smaller decorative copies), Customily automatically selects one of the smaller images as the default crop/edit target after upload - I think it’s always the bottom-most layer of all placeholders with the same ID. This is confusing for customers, because they expect to adjust the main image first. Desired Behavior After uploading an image, Customily should automatically select the primary / main image (e.g. the large cover image) as the default editable layer, not a small repeated or decorative one. Possible Improvements Any of the following would solve the issue: - Ability to define a default editable image layer - Option to mark certain image layers as non-selectable - or maybe automatic prioritization of the largest or primary image instance Why This Matters This would greatly improve usability and reduce confusion for products where one image is reused multiple times but only one instance should be edited by the customer.

We are seeing that we have to Sync Products to refresh every time we add a new listing.

Customily currently offers a small set of built-in image effects (Watercolor, Pencil Drawing, Edge, Invert, Sepia), which are fast, predictable and cost-efficient since they don’t rely on external AI providers. It would be great if Customily could expand this set with additional Customily-native image effects, such as: – Cartoon – Anime – Oil Painting – 3D Art – Retro / Comic styles ... These effects can absolutely be AI-powered, but natively provided by Customily, without requiring third-party AI subscriptions or usage-based costs. Built-in effects are especially valuable because they: – simplify pricing and cost planning – avoid dependency on external AI providers – offer consistent performance and fast previews – improve scalability for print-on-demand workflows Expanding Customily’s own effect library would further strengthen the platform and make it even more attractive for professional use.
