When I connect Customily with an existing Shineon jewelry product, which offers engraving, engraving option does not exist in Customily. Same happens if I create that product directly from Customily, the only option I get is color (gold/silver).

Currently you can search for the location in the local language (in my case German), but the map afterwards remains in English. It would be extremely helpful if this could be defined in a national language (german!).

Upcoming Products section showing thumbnails, names/IDs, and expected launch dates or statuses. Even a simple list would let us plan designs and marketing ahead.

I want to do engraving on acrylic and I am unsure how ur system communicates to shine on if it will be a printed or engraved. Either way if I were to use the method in your youtube videos where i create a mask from a background cut out then that background color will be printed on the acrylic when i just need it to be transparent. If I were able to use the image placeholder and then nest the star map under it so it will act as the image then the customer can edit the star map and it will take the form of the masked place holder while making things transparent which will work or either printed or engraved acrylics. Or add a feature in the star map and map in image behavior to add a mask. I have a image in the placeholder for now to show that there is a mask there

MEM has their own customizer widget but I think yours works better - please try to add them as a POD supplier integration

Can we have the option to hide the print partner on our Etsy Listings.

The ability to save color option sets when defining pod products would save a lot of time. If you choose certain colors all of the time when creating templates if you be great to be able to save these setting somewhere. For instance if you have a set of "dark colors" and a set of "light colors" you choose all of the time it would speed thing up if you can choose these sets rather than having to click on reach color every time.
