Initial image should have background permanently removed

I'm using a background removal option in my design. And placed a initial image on the field below. But every time the product pages open we get two problems:
- It consumes a background removal credit
- it takes long to the background to desapear, making it confusing to the client (find attached files)
Is it possible to set a condition there like: Initial image with background permanently removed already here. Your initial image will always be without a background, and you will only consume a credit here, at Customily backend.
Or maybe just to be able to Right a message there, like: Your image here.
That's a needed solution, once background removal is an important feature offered by Customily. Don't know how to make the best out of it, if its hard to showcase instinctively to clients.
Hoping for a positive response.

One way to prevent this is to set the picture on the right as your default product picture and disable loading Customily's preview by default.
Doing so there won't be any background removal credits applied when the product page loads (as you are not loading the preview) and as soon as the shopper uploads a picture it will be processed and shown in the preview.
Let us know if this works and thank you once again for your feedback!

Merged in a post:
Initial images should not be automatically removed from the background by cutout.pro

You have activated cutout.pros image behavior for an image placeholder and stored an initial image in the option sets/image upload...
The problem: The background of the initial image is automatically removed every time the design is called up.
This is disadvantageous because...
- The cutout.pro account is charged every time the design is accessed
- the size of the preview image is changed by cutting it out
I think everyone can create their own preview initial image in advance so that it fits and it doesn't have to be edited by cutout.pro every time.

I completely agree, and we are having the same problem: hi costs and also the time it takes to remove the background in front of the client. It's confusing and hard to look professional. Example below: the first image is what the consumer get when going through color variants. The second is after a long while.
