We noticed that Custom... has recently released a new customization component designed for Word Search Puzzle–style personalized products. This type of component works especially well for gift-oriented customization, both in terms of user interaction and automated design generation. We would like to ask whether Customily currently supports, or plans to support, a similar component or solution. Key functional expectations for this type of product include: Automatically generating a word search puzzle based on multiple user-input names or words Smart word placement and highlighting within the puzzle Real-time or near real-time preview generation Suitable for posters, wall art, and personalized gift products

We’d like to request an enhancement to the QR Code feature to better fit our customization use cases. QR Code color & background color options Current: QR codes are generated in black only, and we cannot select a background color. This limitation doesn’t meet our design and branding needs across different products. Request: Please add options to customize: QR code (foreground) color — allow users to choose from multiple colors (e.g., color picker / hex input). Background color — allow users to select a background color (including transparent). Expected: The preview updates immediately based on selected colors. Final export/output matches the selected foreground/background colors consistently. (Optional) Add a contrast/scanability warning if chosen colors may reduce readability.

Hi Customily Team, We’d like to request a few improvements for the Star Map feature to better support our product customization needs. Below is a summary of the requirements: 1) Hide the white border line on the Star Map frame Current: The outer frame has a white border line that is always visible. Request: Add an option to hide/show this white border line (default can remain as current behavior). Expected: When “Hide border line” is enabled, the outer white line should not appear in preview or export. 2) Adjustable boldness for Constellations Current: Constellation lines/visual weight appear fixed. Request: Allow users to adjust constellation line thickness (e.g., slider with min/max). Expected: Preview and export should reflect the selected thickness consistently. 3) More Star Map shapes beyond circle (including custom/freeform) Current: Shape is limited to a circle. Request: Support additional shapes (e.g., square, rounded square, heart, etc.), and ideally allow freeform/custom shape adjustment. Expected: The chosen shape should apply to both preview and final output. If custom/freeform is supported, users should be able to adjust the shape boundary easily (drag handles, mask controls, or shape editor). 4) Optimize the “Style” selection behavior (single-select) Current issue: When switching styles, users must select a new style and then manually uncheck the old one; otherwise the new style won’t display. Request: Make “Style” behave as a single-select control: Selecting a new style should automatically deselect the previous style The preview should update immediately to the newly selected style If helpful, we can share screenshots or a short screen recording to illustrate the current behavior and desired outcome. Crossword-style personalized designs are already widely used in the market. Many successful examples keep the same “name-crossing logic” while enhancing visual appeal through: Background colors or patterns Overall crossword shape (e.g. heart, badge)

I would like to submit a feature request for a future update regarding vector handling. The limitation today: Currently, we have to define fixed slots (e.g., "Vector 1", "Vector 2") for customers to choose icons. This makes it difficult to create products like Maps, where a customer might need to place 5 icons or 20 icons freely. My Feature Wish: I would love a "Sticker" or "Dynamic Placement" mode where: Single Library: The frontend only displays the icon library once. Click-to-Add: When a customer clicks an icon (e.g., a tree), it is added to the canvas immediately. Multiple Instances: The customer can click the same icon 10 times to add 10 trees, without me needing to create 10 separate option slots in the backend. Select & Delete: It should be possible to select an placed icon on the preview and click a "Remove" button/icon to delete it. This functionality would greatly improve the UX for "Design Your Own" map products. I hope you will consider adding this to your roadmap!

Add Vector Cut Paths with a designated CMYK Color such as C0 M100 Y0 K0. Use case. After background removal, to custom-cut images using our router/cutter. For decals, we can already do this, but a tool that says Vector Cut Path to assign a designated color with a designated library and a custom Vector Tool to adjust shape would be amazing. Simply, maybe use an AI to create a Vector Path around cut-out images to start.

Based on our operational experience, Spotify has experienced service outages or instability relatively frequently, which increases potential business risk. Therefore, we also hope that the music component could support additional music services beyond Spotify, providing more alternatives, reducing dependency on a single provider, and improving overall system stability and flexibility.

Problem: When an uploaded image is used multiple times in a product (for example as a large main image and several smaller decorative copies), Customily automatically selects one of the smaller images as the default crop/edit target after upload - I think it’s always the bottom-most layer of all placeholders with the same ID. This is confusing for customers, because they expect to adjust the main image first. Desired Behavior After uploading an image, Customily should automatically select the primary / main image (e.g. the large cover image) as the default editable layer, not a small repeated or decorative one. Possible Improvements Any of the following would solve the issue: - Ability to define a default editable image layer - Option to mark certain image layers as non-selectable - or maybe automatic prioritization of the largest or primary image instance Why This Matters This would greatly improve usability and reduce confusion for products where one image is reused multiple times but only one instance should be edited by the customer.

Add a path or line drawing tool to the personalization features. It would let customers draw simple lines or curves on the design, like a basic pen tool

Currently, I have some designs where I want the image to be fixed so that it can't be changed or moved. This is currently possible with text. I fixed this with JS, but it would be amazing to just lock the uploaded image. The reason is that I have a design where the cropped image is spread over the case. But when moving the image, it moves from within out of the box viewport, and they all move instead of just one.
