Create crossword puzzle templates that we could use in our products. Where customers could enter words, like the names of their family members, for example, and this template would automatically create a crossword. There is a store doing this, but apparently they hired a developer to do it.

New feature - export text filters to production file (glitter effect on text into production file for example)

We were looking into doing new user-upload items, and wanted to make some items using vector upload. For certain production methods (ie. engraving) we need the option for single color monochrome with changeable colours/library support for the preview, just like what already exists for the dynamic vector by selecting the "single color" vector type.

Currently our designer sets up designs in photoshop/ilustrator and then customily specialist sets the same designs in customily. An option to create a template from imported file would be a great time saver. Even if only positions and naming of layers is taken from photoshop it saves a lot of time. It would require a manual selection or on the fly change of layer type in customily (vector, image...).

I’d like to see an option for 2 separate production files for front and back products like T-shirts or mugs

We would like the customer to be able to move text around in a designated area. With logo uploads the text will overlap unless multiple text location options are added.

Give us an easier way to test a product to make sure it is set up correctly before it is life. The current way is very difficult not to mention I don't think it works on multi-sided items.

Automatically send a follow-up message with the personalization link to customers on Etsy and Amazon, reminding them to complete their personalized order.

Could you please add the feature to remove background with other providers, other than Remove BG or Cutout pro? They charge insane prices. 1 image can be 50+ cents. If we offer to the customers the option to remove multiple backgrounds ( which I need in my designs ) customers can be there selecting one image after another endlessly until they find the right image and while this is consuming credits insanely at a fast pace. Therefore using this system with these providers is not viable. Can you please add VanceAi (with who you already work) to remove the background also their prices are much more fitted and realistic.
