When a customer types their text into a text box it is inevitable that the text gets cut off on the preview. Most of my customer read the warning to check the proof/preview for how the order will actually print.
However, there are those few that refuse to read any warnings, and blindly approve their proof and the text is cut off. And then when they get their item they are upset.
This wouldn't be an issue if the Text On the Preview is what triggered the character limit on the Text Box vs the other way around.
That way when a customer is typing it stops allowing any more text in the text box if it is cut off on the preview. It would be great if the text box could turn red or another color once the text is being cut off on the preview.
Im suggesting this because character counts linked to the text box don't help the issue as the preview sizing and the text box are still different as well as the width of the different fonts meaning certain letters may be with in the character count but still get cut off because of their width.
