Give us an easier way to test a product to make sure it is set up correctly before it is life. The current way is very difficult not to mention I don't think it works on multi-sided items.

Firstly, it does work for multi-sided products; all print file links are listed one below the other.
We understand that this method might not be very user-friendly, especially for non-technical people. We will consider this an opportunity for improvement.

I agree, the current process of generating production files via browser console is a bit hard for non technical people like support agents. And they need to do it daily due to customers making an order and changing their mind about personalisation. A chrome based plugin would work. Or maybe a button on the product page that displays only for registered users...
