I would like to share a feature suggestion regarding the Add-on / Related Product functionality in Customily.

Currently, when adding related products through Customily, the displayed product price appears to be fixed. However, on Shopify storefronts, product prices are automatically adjusted based on the customer’s country or region, showing different currencies and amounts (such as USD, GBP, EUR, etc.).

In this case, if the add-on product price does not change accordingly, it may cause confusion for customers and negatively affect the conversion experience.

Therefore, I would like to suggest the following:

Allow add-on product prices in Customily to dynamically match Shopify’s multi-country / multi-currency pricing logic, displaying the correct price based on the customer’s country.

This would bring several benefits:

Keep pricing consistent with the Shopify storefront;

Reduce customer confusion and improve trust;

Provide a better shopping experience for international markets such as the US, UK, and EU.
