Set order of items in a library
complete

The order of items/assets in libraries determines the order of the options presented. Whenever we modify a library by adding new vectors, we must rearrange the options/values to meet the desired order criteria.
This is especially crucial when a specific order is required, such as alphabetical order for countries or breads in a dropdown value list.
Performing this task regularly requires a significant amount of time and effort, especially since some of our libraries consist of over 150 categories.

Re-arrange Categories in library & Button Update libraries in an option set
Martin
Hey I think it would be a nice addition, that we could re-arrange categories inside of libraries.
PRO's of this:
- If you have libraries in more than 1 language, we could avoid multiple uploading of libraries and instead upload one, re-name and re-arrange the categories
- If we would like to update the library later on and add a category in the middle, we could do this effortlessly
Bonus suggestion that correlates to this one:
Button to Update libraries in an option set!
So at the moment the process for this looks something like this:
Example
- We upload a library for Hair colors
- We create the Templates and Option sets that use this library
- Then later we had an idea and would like to add Purple hair color in the middle of the hair colors as we are sorting them alphabetically.
Now this is where we experience the issue, if we would like to add Purple color at the moment, you have to add it at the end of the existing library AND manually update/add it in all of the option sets.
IF we had a button that would check used libraries inside the Option set and update them.
It would really save a lot of time instead of generating option sets from scratch or manually updating each one.
HOWEVER this button, should not affect any of the other options inside the option set. It should only look at the options that use libraries. It should go through each and every option with a library then check and update used library categories, values and ID's.
