Please retrieve tracking numbers from the POD provider and add them to Etsy. If customily automates the personalization process it should be automated from the beginning to the end and it does not make sense to leave this step behind. When creating a product though customily its uploaded to Etsy. When a personalized order comes in customily sends it to the POD provider who prints and ships. But is this case the connection to the Etsy product is made only by customily and there is no connection from the POD provider to Etsy. So I then have to check manually if the order has been shipped or not and add the tracking number manually. This forces me to too always be on the look out and a heavy manual process to look every day.
I have missed some tracking numbers already. The orders were shipped on time but as there were no tracking numbers populated the shipment indicated as overdue. The algorithm picks up that I am not shipping orders on time and automatically does not recommend my listings. Every time I miss a tracking number I notice immediately a decrease of sales. The platform punishes me for not sending orders on time.
This can easly be solved if customily populates the tracking number to Etsy also.
