If there was a way that you all could allow for us to mark a template as Digital and then once the customer personalizes the item and pays you all make the link available to them on the order status page.

This would open up an entirely new world of possibilities for all of us we would be able to offer print at home options like greeting cards, wall art, invites ect.

This would of course also require that you all allow for faster downloads so the customer can access their item quickly.
