When selecting an export format and mode then when opening the production file in Illustrator it is stating that the file has both RGB and CMYK even though I am selecting CMYK as the color mode. So it is not converting everything to the mode I select.

This affects the printer we are running it on as it cannot have any element of RGB in it and are not able to print with Customily Production files.
