Optimizing Puzzle Connection Logic for Integrated Manufacturing Processes

Hello Team,
Regarding the current design of our letter puzzles, we recommend a significant technical optimization to the generation logic.
Currently, the blocks are visually and physically separated (as indicated by the red line in the attached image), which creates several manufacturing challenges: discrete small parts are difficult to position accurately during production, and the final structure is too fragile.
Proposed Solution & Reference Standard:
We aim to achieve a unified, one-piece effect as shown in this reference: https://ibb.co/7dJmQ7mR
Zero-Gap Alignment: When the system lays out the letters, it should eliminate spacing between adjacent blocks, ensuring edges are perfectly aligned or slightly overlapped.
Path Merging: When exporting production files (e.g., DXF or PNG), the system should merge adjacent block paths into a single, continuous closed shape.
One-Piece Output: Ensure the entire crossword puzzle is produced as a "single component." This eliminates the need for manual assembly of loose pieces, reduces the defect rate, and improves the overall premium feel.
