Per Jose Rodriguez's request, I am posting this here. What we have found when trying to create monograms is that the lack of flexibility in the letter box size creates a high degree of spacing variability, depending on what letters are used. I'm attaching some screenshots to show you current behavior vs ideal behavior. I'm not familiar with the underlying tech driving the preview and print files, but intuitively I think if the box could flex based on the width of the letter input into it so that the spacing between letters remained consistent, that would solve the problem.
