Hello Customily Team,

We are currently using Customily for products that have multiple print areas. However, when customers place an order, the exported print file names are returned in a very confusing and unstructured way (please see the attached image for reference).

As a result, our team has to spend hours manually renaming the files before sending them to production, which significantly slows down our workflow.

We would like to ask:

Is there any way to customize or standardize the print file naming structure?

Or is there a setting or workaround that could help make the file names clearer and more production-friendly?

We would really appreciate your guidance or any solution you can suggest.
