I would like to see analytics of the usage of this app by our website visitors. For instance, an analytics section could be added to the dashboard and include data such as:
- how many people click on the customize/personalize button on each product page
- how many people add a customization and don't click on "Add to Cart"
- the average amount of time people are using the customizer tool
- how many people bounce on the customizer tool
This could help us to make better decisions as to optimizing the customize button on the product page as well as optimizing the design and function of the actual customizing tool. It could possibly allow us to A/B test different layouts for the customizing tool.

Hello there!
Thank you for your valuable feedback and for highlighting the importance of understanding customer behavior during the personalization process, especially when they abandon their cart or checkout without completing a purchase.
To help us better understand your needs, could you please provide more details on the following:
What specific information or insights are you looking to gain about how customers personalize products when they don't complete a purchase?
How do you envision using this data to improve your products and overall customer experience?

Augusto D'Amario I see insight most useful for the ones that did complete the purchase. So that we can see what are the best selling designs of each option and use that for ads.
But for the non-purchasers it would also be some kind of useful. Just from the top of my head:
- Maybe customers start customising but stop at a specific option. This could indicate we do not have enough designs at that options. Thinking about it now we could use hotjar for this.
- Maybe a specific group of users is prone to just adding to cart and purchasing. We can pinpoint this group by design they are doing (lets say cat owners will select cat on a design…). This way we can stop pushing marketing creatives with this designs.
