I would like to add a few things to this. It would be super super helpful when a text form is forced to be all caps that their entry comes across to us as all caps. For example if they type Thompson, the preview will show them THOMPSON, but on my end in the order it will still show as Thompson so it gets super hard to confirm what they saw. I don't use the production file, as I'm just laser engraving a name so its way easier to just keep changing the name on my local template than download a whole new file for every order. It also would be super helpful to be able to adjust settings per font choice. For my store they have 4 font options, 3 of which need to be all caps in most cases but also a script font that looks stupid all caps. So I either just have to not offer script in locations I force all caps, or I have to allow any formatting but then the block letter fonts look silly if they don't capitalize it all themselves.
