Feature Request: Customily Desktop Clients for Mac and Windows

Hi Customily Team,
I would like to submit a feature request: we hope Customily can launch dedicated desktop clients for both Mac and Windows in the future.
The reason is that as the complexity of our personalized product designs continues to increase, using Customily only through the browser is starting to create performance challenges, such as lag, slower loading, and reduced smoothness when handling more complex design scenarios.
In addition, we are also gradually adapting to and integrating AI design workflows into our process. Future design operations will become more complex and will involve more asset processing, previews, generation, and adjustments. Under this trend, if Customily could provide desktop clients, it would greatly help improve stability, performance, and the overall design experience.
Therefore, we sincerely hope Customily can seriously evaluate the possibility of launching Mac and Windows desktop clients. This would be very valuable for merchants like us who use Customily frequently and in depth.
Thank you for continuously improving the product, and we look forward to hearing your thoughts on this suggestion.

I will also say that the web template creator is incredibly unreliable currently.
- There is a huge issue now where you can hit save, but it will only save 1 out of the last 5 elements you add or edit. Essentially forcing us to do one thing at a time, then save and reload the template to make sure it actually saved.
this is happening on every browser on PC and Mac. It's happening to all my designers that are creating templates.
- There is a bug where dynamic vectors are glitched and they will hang while processing an eps or pdf file about half of the time. We have to add one at a time and save and reload template to see if it worked or not. And with the glitch I mentioned in issue #1 also in play here it makes for a nightmare scenario for us when we are creating a new template from scratch.
We have addressed these problems recently with support and had no true solutions. We have been working around it for months now.
We surely can't be the only ones experiencing these issues.
Perhaps a dedicated desktop client might improve performance in these regards
