During our use of Customily’s crossword / puzzle feature, we’ve found that the current functionality is still quite limited, especially in terms of visual flexibility. This significantly restricts our product design possibilities and impacts our competitiveness in the market.

We would like to submit a clear feature request:

👉 Support an “outline-only with transparent fill” effect

Detailed requirements:

The puzzle / crossword should retain only the outline (stroke color)

The inner area should be fully transparent (no fill / no background)

This is especially important for materials like glass or acrylic to achieve a premium visual effect

Reference product (very close to the desired effect):

This type of effect is already widely used in the market and is crucial for improving product aesthetics and conversion rates.

We strongly recommend that the Customily team evaluate and support this feature, as it would significantly enhance the commercial value of the crossword / puzzle module.
