Downloading a production file can take up more than 30 minutes unless you have the more expensive plan for approx. 200 US dollar per month. These costs are really not in line for just downloading the production file. The whole idea of customily is to design and have a production file, so why should we pay 4 times the monthly plan for just downloading the file much faster? It would make sense to have the production file in seconds after the order is being made like most of designer apps and your competitors. This is really the only thing which let us think about a competitor.
