Confirmation/Proof of Customization Email (Etsy & Amazon)

For Etsy orders, we'd like the customer to be able to receive a confirmation email with their live preview or their customized options after they have submitted their personalization. We've had many customers confused if they had submitted their personalization or asking afterwards what they submitted. It would be beneficial from a customer experience aspect for the customer to receive a confirmation email with what they submitted (either the live preview or line items of customized options) once the personalization is submitted.

From what I understand, what you need is that the customer receives the same confirmation email that you receive after they submit a customization. Is that right?

Julian Ferreiro: Hi Julian. It doesn't have to be the same confirmation exactly but just a confirmation with their live preview so they have a reference back to what they submitted.

Julian Ferreiro I agree with this! I have numerous customers asking if it has been submitted because it just stays on the same screen for them after they hit submit
