We should be able to select "ALL OPTIONS" quickly and easily, without having to create so many conditions (in this case there would be 1, instead of 7!)

It seems you're looking for a more streamlined way to select 'ALL OPTIONS' without creating each OR condition one by one, particularly when all of them apply.
Simplifying the selection process is definitely something we value. We'll definitely take your suggestion into consideration as we continue to improve the app.
