When a customer purchase 2+ of something instead of just generating 1 file the quantity that the customer purchased should be generated. Over the holiday season I had 4000+ items purchased and had to go in manually and duplicate all the ones that purchased multiple quantities of the exact same personalized item.

As you can imagine this took hours. If customily generated the file by the quantity the customer purchased it would have cut down my processing time considerably. Not to mention the ones I didn't catch so those customers were missing their additional items.
