We use printers that fulfill our personalized products like cups, koozies, napkins, bags, etc. and then drop ship the order to our customer.

Our printers cannot use the .EPS file that your system generates. Our printers require we send them a .pdf file that contains all order data.

When we generate the order .pdf we want to include the proof image that is generated when a customer places their order. Ideally the proof image would be displayed directly below the order details.

This way, not only do our printers have the order details to create the print file, but they will also have a visual proof to view and ensure the printed product and accurate and layout is exactly the same as the customer sees on the proof they generate during the order process.
